Testimonials are the weakest form of evidence in real estate, because every agent has a folder of them and nobody publishes the unhappy ones. What you can actually check is the method: whether the pricing is shown with its adjustments, whether the marketing plan exists in writing, whether the net sheet arrives before the listing agreement.
