What this site does, what it does not do yet, and how to reach a person about it.

The standard I work to

This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the benchmark most people mean by an accessible website, and it is the one I measure against. I am not claiming the site fully conforms today. I am telling you the target, what has been done, and what is still open.

What has been done

The site was audited page by page on 29 August 2026 with axe-core and by hand, on a keyboard and at a phone width. The following came out of that audit and is now in place.

  • Every piece of text meets the contrast minimum, on both the dark and light sections.
  • Keyboard focus is visible everywhere, including inside the forms, with a two tone ring that stays visible on any background.
  • No page scrolls sideways at a 320 pixel viewport, so the site reflows properly when zoomed.
  • Headings run in order with no skipped levels, so heading navigation works.
  • Every form field has a real label, the right autocomplete, and error messages that are announced rather than shown only in color.
  • A skip link, one main landmark per page, and correct alt text on images.
  • Animation is switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.

What is not fixed yet

Being straight with you about the gaps is more useful than a badge.

  • Neighborhood market figures are placeholders until I have current ARMLS numbers to put there. They read as placeholders on purpose.
  • The review page is empty slots until real clients send real reviews. Nothing invented goes there.
  • The site has not been tested end to end with a screen reader by someone who uses one daily. That is the next thing I want to do.
  • Any listing data or map I add later will need its own check before it goes live.

Tell me if something does not work

If any part of this site gets in your way, tell me and I will fix it. You do not need to explain what a standard is or why it matters.

I answer within 3 business days with either the fix or the date it will be fixed. If the site is the barrier, that is my problem to solve, not yours. I can also send listing information, comparable sales, and net sheets by phone, in plain email, or in large print, whichever works for you.
